Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Host did not send check in information on time. Property has been smoked in despite claiming Non-Smoking. The washroom stinks. The unit needs to be removed from listings for inaccurate description. Host was difficult to communicate with and refused to provide more than 2 toilet paper rolls for a 2 night stay. The bed was terrible and separated, creating a gap in between and a safety hazard. I will be reporting to safety authorities in Italy. Don’t book here. Overpriced and not friendly hosts. Ask them for a smoke inspection test as you could tell they have not been following up with guests who may have smoked in the unit and gone unreported.

Ho soggiornato più volte (con cane al seguito, per me punto 'critico') presso il Residence Genzianella e non posso che esprimere un giudizio estremamente positivo: L'appartamento è pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e perfettamente mantenuto. Si percepisce l'attenzione dedicata alla struttura e la volontà di offrire agli ospiti un'esperienza di qualità. Nota di merito all'organizzazione: tutte le procedure di accesso e gestione del soggiorno sono semplici, chiare e perfettamente funzionanti, la comunicazione impeccabile. La posizione è un ulteriore punto di forza: centralissima, vicina a tutto, comoda per i servizi e strategica per vivere il territorio. Soluzione ideale per una 'fuga al fresco', come abbiamo fatto noi, ma sicuramente anche per programmare soggiorni più lunghi dedicati alla montagna, alle escursioni e agli sport di quota. Raccomandatissima senza esitazione.
