Room was fairly clean but have to request for housekeeping service as we stay 5 days only 1 day house keeping done. Recommend: basic salt sugar and coffee. As I travelled from Australia and expected basic salt sugar coffee and tea.

I had an excellent stay at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach. My king-sized room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was a huge convenience, especially while traveling. The balcony overlooking the beach was another highlight and made the room feel even more relaxing. What really distinguished the hotel, though, was the service. Nemia Ratu and the rest of the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and provided genuinely outstanding customer service. The rooftop bar also has probably the best view of the strip of any of the hotels in the area, and the food is great. Between the large, comfortable room, excellent amenities, beach views, and fantastic staff, this was a great stay. I would absolutely recommend the Ramada Suites and would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay. Very relaxing. Cannot speak more highly of the staff. Nothing was a problem for them. The pool and surrounding area is brilliant. Definitely recommend.

The bed was extremely hard.
