Property and room were super clean. Close to public transportation.

Second stay at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have great facilities for a comfortable stay.

The Cotton House is an older property. My room was fine, though a bit small. The bathroom needed a bit of work. Very small sink and shower, with only a small shelf for toiletries. Toiletries supplied by the hotel consisted of a tiny bottle of shampoo and skin moisturizer. The soap dispenser over the sink was empty The bed was adequate- could use a new one, and there was only one small pillow and a small blanket that doubled as a bedspread. Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage, rolls, nice coffee selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. I prefer newer properties with a few more amenities, so if you do, too, you might want to look elsewhere. But for a vintage experience, it’s a good place. And the location is great, near bars, restaurants, etc. Cool lamps in the room.
