Room service was every other day. Staff was friendly. Kept having people knocking at door for lock issues, key updates. Beach had waves no lifeguards not safe we had to go to other beaches around us. Food in hotel was super expensive for average food.

Our stay was terrific! The rooms all face the ocean, and they are very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Our view was spectacular. The pool area was always clean. The pool itself was nice, along with the 2 hot tubs, and kiddy pool. There is only one restaurant, and the food was good, but a little costly. The beach was awesome, supplied with lounge chairs, and tables, and very peaceful. The hotel itself is a good ways from San so prepare to drive to most of the restaurants, and shopping. The stag was always friendly. I would definitely stay again!

Loved it! We experienced a partial power outage due to weather on our first night which was out of the property control. Next day everything was back up and running and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay nonetheless. It gave a condo vibe and if I visit again I would definitely stay.

El lugar es espectacular, el servicio, la vista… todo. Lo recomiendo para una escapada de vacaciones, descanso o desconexión. Las habitaciones súper cómodas. La localidad queda céntrica a restaurantes, farmacias y demás.

The property was beautiful and rooms were very nice. But they lost power when a thunderstorm rolled thru and we were without power all day and night. That was very uncomfortable. The place tried their best tho to accommodate. I think Puerto Rico needs to have better power company.
