Disappointed

We chose the house as 2 bathrooms were promised, but in the end there were only 1 . On hotel.com it was not notified that we needed to order a special lined pack, so we found no linen for the beds. We needed to ask family and friends to help us, loosing a lot of holidays time! No help from the agency.
