The check in was excellent! Had a very nice young man check us in and gave us lots of tips for getting to and from Vienna. Note: this hotel is on the island of Murano, next to Vienna. We made the mistake of walking with our suitcases from the drop point of the Airport water taxi alilaguna. The service to Murano was fine just had very long (at least dragging 2 heavy suitcases from the drop point over busy cobblestone sidewalks. It was a wonderful retreat staying at this location to be away from the crazy crowds in Vienna. Our room was nice. We could have used more places to put things though. We would definitely stay on this quieter island again at the NH Collection Hotel!

Great location! Beautiful hotel, and staff were very kind.

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

Amazing location and well maintained property. Staff was very professional and accommodating.

Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Can’t wait to go back.
