The hotel was fine, just few minutes walk to the bus and trams, staff very helpful, breakfast was alright, the only thing i need was kettle in the room and the heating regulator was not working but we just didn’t specify as big problems because we’re busy going out to Venice.

We found the area to be convenient when using public transport to get to Venice. The hotel and room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet, it was worth the money ☺️

Lovely hotel to stay in! Not too far to the city centre or airport by public transport. Staff were prompt with replying to my email on the day of our arrival and storing our luggage on departure. Only complaints are I wish that there were instructions to control the air conditioning unit as I did wake up with a bit of a cold, the eggs at breakfast were oily and there was a little bit of rubbish left in our room. Other than that it’s a good hotel

The room looks exactly like the pictures. Very nice and lots of options for breakfast. It is a 5 min walk from the tram to take you into Venice or if you want to visit Mestre. Mestre square is very nice. Quite neighborhood and nice people.

Hotel and services were as promoted in Hotels.com web site. Room and continental breakfast were good. One negative comment is that on their website the hotel list laundry facility, but there is none.

Quiet hotel. The surrounding area seemed like a retirement area. Town was a 15 minute walk away. There are a few food option there. We went to Venice island during the day and in the evening. To get to Venice island was only a 15 minute drive.
