This property is places in a such a convenient location. It’s close to train , boats and main attractions. Plenty of options of restaurants, gelatos 😊.. I haven’t seen the elevator to the rooms, people have walking difficulties might have issues. Other than that everything is really good.

This was an amazing hotel, conveniently located 1 block of the grand canal, on a great street. Check in and out was easy, room was very nice and clean. We loved staying here in Venice, will be back for sure.

An excellent Venetian destination. Walkable and very convenient to S. Lucia Station. Cannaregio is fantastic and perhaps less crowded than other Venice neighborhoods. Staff was very helpful and attentive in all respects. Rooms are simple from an American perspective, but very nice and completely adequate. No elevator so pack light! Highly recommended.

We spent 3 nights here during a vacation from Athens to Venice. The hotel and staff were lovely. The bed was sooo comfortable!! The room is rather small (I’m an American from Texas where everything is bigger!) but had everything you need. There are only things I wished it had (1) a place to put your things (clothes drawers of some sort) and (2) hangers for pants (there were only shirt hangers). We traveled with another couple and there are small tables and chairs in the hallways for visiting with neighbors that were great. The hotel is 2 minutes from a wine store where you can fill ANY bottle with wine of your choice. We did that and then hung out in the hallway multiple times. There are bakeries, coffee bars, restaurants and shopping literally right outside the hotel front door. The hotel is a short 8 minute walk to the train station and a 30 second walk to a water taxi stand. It’s perfect!

Right spot and excellent staff, the only thing is that the a/c was on and off all night and the sensor was noisy. The room was small and the shower bar should be on the left side of the shower but average was good.place , definitely I will stay next time.

The property is lovely. Our only issue was finding the place. The check in instructions do not say you ring a bell and then have to go to a different hotel, apparently they do come find you. We were lucky as the lady was just coming out of the property. But first google maps takes you to The wrong place. The hotel blames google. So if you know it is an issue, post a picture of the hotel and show the hotel sign in the check in instructions. That would have solved everything. Even post a picture of the actual google location. It can easily be solved. Once we were in, everything was great, a super property.

this hotel was beautiful, furnished with antique pieces, chandeliers everywhere, beautifully decorated. Benedetta the hostess was friendly and very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. Would recommend if looking for a different than cookie cutter place.

The property is beautiful. It is very quiet and very close to Sferisterio to attend concerts. The hosts of this property are AMAZING and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the cappuccino so good. We were able to take a dip in the pool to cool off before heading out to the Il Volo concert. I HOGHLY recommend this property.

The room was petite but very nice. The location was fabulous, near the railroad station and the water bus stop from airport. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was reasonably priced for Venice.. The hotel is actually 2 buildings, we stayed in.the one without an elevator. The staff was hrlpful and the desk manager carried our suitcase up the steps. I highly recommend the hotel.
