The Annia Park staff--frim the airport shuttle driver & front desk staff to the bartender and waiter at dinner--all speak English and are gracious. Room is clean if small and lacking in electrical outlets for charging our gear. Otherwise very nice and quiet. We will come again.

This property is the perfect spot if you are using Venice as a jumping off spot to somewhere else. The hotel is across the street from the airport has a shuttle service that is easy to use and their restaurant stays open late. We arrived at Venice airport at 9:00 pm. The shuttle was there to pick us up five minutes after we called. We told them that we needed dinner and they stayed open for us.

This hotel is a hidden jam. Really close to the airport, so if you need an overnight day, this is it. The only slight negative is that for our room the bedroom area was up a fairly steep stairway, which might be a problem for some older folks or those with disabilities. The shuttle driver to the airport was not the friendliest, but the ride was quick and convenient otherwise, surprisingly quiet, and a very nice property.

Wonderful on site restaurant. Great breakfast. It was easy to get an early flight out of Venice with a hotel shuttle. We were able to walk to the hotel the evening before. Great alternative for an early departure from Venice vs chartered water taxies.
