A great stay with nice amenities and spacious room, easily take a bus to nearby shopping districts and restaurants. Nice and quiet in a peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely come back again.

Very nice, modern hotel in Mestre, close to Venice Airport, which is why we stayed there. Other than the older, head clerk at the front desk, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Andrea and Stefani in the bar/restaurant. Problem - no Hotel pickup service from large Mestre train station with un-helpful signage. We exited the wrong side of the station and, with all luggage, went looking for a taxi and ended up on the street in front of the 2-star Hotel Columbo, in an area with boarded up buildings. It was frightening. A call to the Quid front desk for an immediate pickup was met with "we don't call taxis for pickup at other places." Instead, we were told told to go into the Hotel Columbo and ask the clerk there to call us a taxi. It was getting dark, so we did that. Thankfully, the clerk there was a nice man and he recognized our plight and called us a taxi and we safely got out of there. No thanks to the older Quid front desk guy. To compound the problem, when we got to the Quid, he told us the restaurant was closed for a function, and directed us to a 10-minute walk to another restaurant. That walk led us into a desolate nearby, unlit area near the Quid so we just went back to the Quid Bar and had, of all things, cheeseburgers, which were very good.

This property is so beautiful and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If this is your first time in Venice, please keep in mind that this property is not close to the island. Although transportation is easy and cheap, I would have rather spent that 30ish minutes to Venice in Venice. If you want to stay in a new property and don't mind the commute, this is a great option for the price because when we were looking, all the newer properties in Venice were very expensive. We enjoyed our stay, nothing against the property just letting people know that it's not close if you're just coming here to visit the Islands in Venice.

The property is beautiful and have nice amenities. It has an onsite bar and restaurant. There are nice lounge areas that includes table games. The outdoor patio is a great place to chill in the evening.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during our 1 and a half month long Europe trip. The reception lady called Beatrice is rude and unhelpful. I asked her to get the room cleaned at 1pm on our second day of stay and she rolled her eyes to me. Unbelievable, Super rude and unprofessional!!!

The bed is and blankets are comfortable. The desk is a bit too close to the bed and there is exprès space beyond the bed towards the windows. I’d prefer more space coming into the room. The closet space is open but I didn’t like those colors. The bathroom is ok but the toilet area smelled like the subway. It didn’t seem clean.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. I was sick during my stay so I didn't enjoy it as much as I should have but it made for a comfortable place to ride out the illness before continuing our travels. Restaurant and bar were good, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Nice hotel overall
