I not usually one to write reviews but this place was excellent!! Stayed for two days before going to Ravenna to board our cruise. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! Every aspect of this hotel was exceptional! Staff was so helpful and beyond polite. Room was beautiful with lots of extra little touches to make it feel special. Our last night there we came back to fruit and wine on our table waiting for us. 10/10 highly recommend!

From all of our hotels during our Italy trip, this was our favorite. The family room was spacious - we basically had 2 bedrooms and a full living room with authentic pictures. The service and the restaurant were great. Overall we had an excellent experience.

The hotel staff were excellent, providing very good and personable customer service. The food was fantastic and the quality of the hotel interiors and rooms exceptional, with special attention to details that other hotels often miss or get wrong.
