We Are Not Guests Needing Compensations Usually

Problems experienced and the hotel's response: No show on shuttle at airport after confirming the times. Waited 1 1/2 hours after total of 13 hours of flights: hotel finally said to take an Uber and paid for it. Put in room furthest away from the lobby on 3rd floor even though I have mobility issues: moved to closer room on 2nd floor (an upgrade) Elevator door didn't "back off," but hit left arm leaving a bad bruise for 2 weeks: provided a ginger ale upon request that later had to be removed from the bill Housekeeping left our room door unlatched and visibly open: provided a complementary "drink and snack" for 2, that later had to be negotiated as the snacks on the Snack Menu were not included (only chips or nuts) - unclear so management offered to pay half.

We stayed here for a couple of nights before our cruise. Staff very nice, room comfortable and dining options were limited but very good. Breakfast was offered for 9 euros, well worth it - multiple hot options, many bread and pastries options, fresh fruits, coffee, juices and waters. Not a lot near to the hotel, but train pick up directly behind the hotel which would take you right into Venice. We had dinner in their restaurant our 1st night, and it was very good. Nice bathroom with towel warmer, bidet, excellent shower, my only disappointment was no wash cloths for washing my face. I forgot about that from our last visit to Italy from many years ago. Reminder to Americans and Canadians to bring power converters or transformers for your electrical devices

It is in a nice area that's not crowded or noisy. Right behind Hotel is a train stop. So easy to get a ticket into Venice in 20 minutes! Nice staff and good food at restaurant. Our shuttle driver was nice as well.

Perfect Location to airport

Perfect location for overnight stay before flight out of Venice. Train station is directly behind hotel and so convenient. The room was spotless , renovated, and spacious like in USA.The hallway carpet needs to be replaced. The staff were wonderful at check in and check out. Andrea and Irene at the bar were the Best! Great customer service. Of great value and convenience is the airport shuttle is not an extra charge ; it’s included in price. Food in restaurant is fairly good.

This is no joke, this place is just 30 feet from train station that takes you to Venecia romantic place (Santa Lucia), 3.50 € each way per person, €7.00 round trip, plus, there is a transportation from and to airport Marco Polo, the Breakfast is great (€9.00), per person daily, service excellent, bar excellent, restaurant excellent, you will save a lot of money by staying at this great hotel, is pretty much new, fency, AC, absolutly gorgous, is my first time in this city, probably the last, but I will definitely advise my circle to come here, THANK YOU CROWN HOTEL!!! You guys made my 25th Anniversary celebration unforgettable!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

They advertise this as an airport hotel. But it is far far away from Marco Polo. I am going to the port today, which puts me even further away. If you’re truly looking for an airport hotel, and you need to go to the port, this would not be the right property. But it’s a nice hotel and I’ve had a lovely room. And people have been most kind here
