This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed. Alex, the front desk guy, was super helpful and professional. He booked taxi, trips around Venice for us, and gave valuable advices to protect ourselves. His mother runs the included breakfast flawlessly with fresh fruit and pastry, never allowed any item to run empty. The rooms (4 for 8 of us) were spotless and roomy. The location is central, close to an excellent restaurant with great food (I loved the seafood spaghetti ) and surprisingly low priced compared to the USA. Love every thing about this hotel. Bus is a short walk from the hotel. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Fresh decor, clean and comfortable, great value location for historic centre and the airport. Only point to note is that it is not so quiet so fine as long as you are a good sleeper

Quiet neighbourhood out of the way but dining,groceries,tram,drug store,all in walking distance. Staff was very helpful with directions, setting up cabs, breakfast to go and getting tram tickets. One stop travel agent. Breakfast was amazing.

The proprietor of the property was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The tram was just down the street which takes you straight into Venice. Rooms were large a clean and wifi worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel isn't quiet, you will hear everything. Room smels because of unclean air condition. We found a dirty sock as we open the window. TV was broken a little - weird strips on the screen. Trough the glass of coffe you can see Venetian arsenal (from the hotel). Staff is very kind, always greet first and helpful. Speak good english. Parking lot was nice (according our SUV car). TV with HDMI and android system. Internet was stable. Towels and bed was clean, in the room is antimosquito electric device.

We really enjoyed our two nights here! The price was very reasonable for the room. The shower was small by north american standards but the bed was awesome. We were in a "double" and it comfortably fit 2 people. Room was clean, the street and hotel were both very quiet. If you enjoy pastries or espresso I strongly recommend the breakfast, was totally worth it!
