The front desk staff were wonderful, offering tips on local historical sites and restaurants at check in. Later, when we needed directions to a local pharmacy, they were quick to help us out and checked in to make sure my husband was feeling better. Finally, when we needed to dash in order to make our trajn, they checked us out quickly in the midst of several parties waiting to check in.

Great hotel very close to Realto bridge. Newly refurbished interior made it clean modern and bright. Super comfortable rooms with all amenities. Decent breakfast with selection of hot dishes to order (and Prosecco!) I cannot think of what else you would need from a hotel in Venice unless you wanted a very grand palazzo

Service was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help with any issue. This was our second time staying here. Great location near Rialto bridge and short walk to St. Marco square I highly recommend this hotel.

Property was right on the Grand Canal, close to Rialto Bridge and convenient to everything. The room looked and felt luxurious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

I communicated with the hotel that we would be arriving later. They were very responsive and helpful by email. Upon arrival, we had a very sweet receptionist who apologized when we did not get the room we had booked. The hotel was full, so she offered two options for the next night after she saw the disappointment in our faces when we saw the room in a dark basement… not at all what we pictured. One option was to move up out of the basement and the other to pay 150 euros more for a canal room. We were very tired from travel and did not feel like packing every back up the next day…..even if the basement room that faced a construction storage ….had dirt on the floor and luggage furniture- and hair in the bathroom. We asked if may e they could include a breakfast since we obviously did not get the room we paid for (even the room key had the room number scratched out with pen and changed to the basement room). The answer was no. We asked the next day if we’d be able to have a later check out. Unfortunately, in a not so friendly tone, that answer was no as well. As an Expedia platinum member, I thought that was one of the perks. Just a disappointing ending to a fabulous trip to Italy. Wish we had chosen elsewhere. We were so excited for this hotel while planning.

Excellent location right off the Rialto Bridge. Great roof top bar. Check-in was a straightforward. The hotel has its own pier so getting to the hotel from airport and to the cruise terminal was a breeze. Loved this hotel.
