This is an outstanding hotel located on the Grand Canal near the Rialto Bridge. The bridge and canal were viewable from our Junior Suite with Canal View. It was a lovely oversized room with a seating area, oversized bath, excellent closet space...and the view! There is a rooftop terrace bar open from noon to 11:00pm with lite bites which include appetizers, salads, sandwiches and light entrees. The staff was excellent and very helpful!

Exceptional Hotel on the Grand Canal

Our stay at H10 Palazzo Canova was wonderful. The hotel staff were available and always helpful. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. The breakfast, which you can purchase as part of your room cost, is exceptional. The staff is welcoming. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar overlooking the Grand Canal. And the restaurant is near all the major sites. This is an excellent hotel.

Wonderful memories

Balcony facing the canal and see Rialto Bridge so closely. Close to a wide range of dining options. Staff is great. Very importantly, very close to water bus, gondola, and water shuttle to airport, no need to carry luggages a for long walk.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent location, around 10 minutes walk from the main atrractions. To get there was a 10 minute ferry ride from the train station and then a 5 minute walk over the Rialto Bridge. We had a spacious room with comfortable bed, very modern and clean. We had a view of the Grand Canal, and found the room very quiet when the windows were closed. The breakfast was superb. We can't fault in, and would definitely recommend it to others.

While booked with Expedia and being a guest at the hotel I decided to book another night with Expedia. I made a human error and booked the 2nd reservation for the same day instead of for tomorrow. Ending with two rooms and having one being empty. The hotel employee at the reception was not being helpful neither did Expedia. I booked a third reservation for tomorrow expecting Expedia to refund the empty room.

This property is amazing! Maybe one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The rooms are immaculate. The bathrooms spacious. The staff so kind. We loved the breakfast. The terrace bar patio was perfect ( minus the pigeons but that’s Venice everywhere ). Nicoleta the concierge is really special. Everyday she has a smile on her face and is there to help you with whatever you need. It’s almost as though she never sleeps! This location can’t be beat. It’s busy yes but in seconds you are away from a crowd if you need it. Cool shopping area right behind the hotel and minutes to the Rialto bridge. The vaporetta stops are close and easily accessible to the train station. We could walk anywhere in Venice from the hotel within 15-25 min max. I would come back the he same place with no hesitation.

Our recent stay at H10 Palazzo was simply sublime, a truly unforgettable experience that exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped in, the check-in process was a masterclass in hospitality; the staff did an excellent job of welcoming us, making us feel instantly valued and at ease. Their warmth and efficiency set a wonderfully inviting tone for our entire visit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Being just a five-minute walk from the water taxi station made our arrival even better, we were thrilled to discover that there are many, many dining options right on its doorstep, ranging from charming local trattorias to upscale restaurants, ensuring we were never short of a fantastic meal. We booked a Grand Canal View room #303 and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. Waking up to the serene waters and the iconic Venetian architecture was a dream come true. The room itself was a haven of comfort and the bed was incredibly comfortable! What truly elevates H10 Palazzo is its exceptional service. Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind. In essence, H10 Palazzo isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service.
