Clean property. New structure. Mist of the service staff were professional. However it was disappointing that services were lacking: the tissue dispenser was empty after the first day of our 3 day stay. To our surprise it was not refilled the next day. In fact it was never refilled for the rest of my stay even though I notified the desk service personnel. The need to get their act together

Excellent stay

It is a newly renewed hotel. It has brilliant facilities. The breakfast has various food. But stay away from the chicken sausages. They are solid and has no flavour. The hotel is not in the central of Venice so needs a boat or a tram to get to the main area.

The AC did not work properly, during a summet stay and the room was hot. We contacted the front desk on 2 occasions regarding above issue and nothing was done. Although we booked at this hotel, mainly because of the Air Conditioned room, as noted in the booking ad. It was disappointing during the 3 night stay.

Comfy stay and helpful staff

Location was convenient for travelling to the airport and if you walk 5 mins, you'll get to the people mover to get you to the other side of Venice. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast with eggs, pastries and pancakes. Beds were super comfy and staff were friendly. They helped us get a refund on a payment issue that occurred on their side so thank you! Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

A/C has very little control by guest and is 75 degrees at best, will not go any cooler even when outside temperature is cool. Water leak under sink soaked all of our towels. Limited assistance with either issue.

Very clean hotel and comfy beds, close to water bus stop. Made a mistake of having breakfast after 9 when everyone wants to have breakfast as well so the queue to the buffet was very long, spent like 20-30mins for their hot food selection.

Europe trains tour

Room was good after a request to change from the ground floor kitchen view to second floor inside room to room view. The hotel is at a good location closed to the water bus line 2. Easy access to the Venice train station and other main attractions.
