Venice was rainy and high tide, that might have affected the hotel’s air circulation system and there is a stagnant water smell in the hotel rooms. The hotel apparently resolved the issue by the time we left and we were offered a discount for the headaches experienced. The hotel location is close to Ponte di Rialto and the St Mark’s Basilica. Water bus #2 provides easy access to the Troncheto parking garage. The staff is very professional and helpful. We really enjoyed the Venchi ice cream shop nearby, which made the visit much more pleasant. Venice is adorable when the weather is sunny on the day we left, but we enjoyed Florence a lot more personally.

This is a lovely hotel with Venetian charm. The room was very clean and the decor was appealing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice and had many options. The only issue we had is the room was quite small since we were three and there was barely room for our luggage. Other than that the hotel was very nice and conveniently located.

Excellent customer service, Selene was amazing! Beautiful and clean room, easy walk to St Marks Sq., Great restaurants, Rialto bridge is just a 4 minute walk. Roof top bar is a fun place to relax and have a drink in between activities. Highly recommend this hotel, from a picky hotel traveler!

Terrific hotel. Reasonable and ideally located. If you dont want an over the top experience but a genuinely nice and clean hotel to stay in, this is the place for you. Staff tries to go above and beyond to meet your expectations. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip.
