Nice little hotel, but extremely expensive for the very basic room. Woman serving breakfast was very seeet and kind. Good location to walk to the airport bus at Piazalle Roma (8 minutes, only 3 bridges)

This is a somewhat dated hotel inside, but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast provided is good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location, it’s a short (10 min) walk to train station, which is important because walking thru Venice with bags can be difficult. I would certainly return and recommend this hotel.

Staff are very accommodating. We came in early morning but they allow us to leave our luggages so that we can start our tour of the area even before our check in time. They also offer us to freshen up in their bathroom.

The hotel is a little cozy classic Venice style hotel. Very clean room and excellent bathroom. Good heating in the bathroom which feel so warm for November travel. The location is actually convenient, very close to piazza Roma. But a little tricky to find. Very friendly and helpful staffs, giving us great route to walk around Venice as well as bus info.

Good location, very friendly and helpful owners.
Good location, a bit hard to find but we got there eventually. Breakfast was small but good. Our first hotel in Italy as we arrived in Venice for our 3 weeks. The room was a bit small but it was ok. The bed was quite firm and found this a common things in Italy that was hard for us to adjust to. Great owners and very friendly and helpful.
