Loved view of canal. Easy to find from train station. Main bridge from RR station has lots of steps to schlep luggage. Hotel neighborhood has lots of stores and eateries. Our room was extremely small and needs fixing. For example, closet door very hard to move. Very little space for storing clothes and luggage.

What a lovely hotel. A short walk from the bus station which was convenient. Staff were friendly. The room was very basic and bathroom small. Breakfast was ok but kitting to write home about.

The hotel was in a great location for us. Located right on the canal by train, airport bus and water bus stations. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a lovely but 20 minute walk to San Marco, but we enjoyed lots of beautiful places on this walk. The hotel staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Rooms were nice and bed was very comfortable. Would recommend and return to stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Don't expect luxury in the standard rooms, but they are very adequate, and the location is terrific. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, and provides a nice breakfast buffet. The location is exceptional, and all the desk staff were nice and very helpful!

Charming hotel in a lovely part of Venice
This was an absolutely charming hotel in a very nice part of Venice with shops, bars and restaurants close by. It was walkable to everything and away from the bustle of St Marks Square. We chose a room overlooking a bustling walkway, canal and bridge which we enjoyed throwing open the windows and soaking up the atmosphere. The hotel has a lovely courtyard and the breakfast was so plentiful that we only needed a coffee and gelato for lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It was great that there was a lift which many of the older historic properties don’t have. The only thing that didn’t make our stay a 5 star one was the room was really tiny and could hardly accommodate our 2 large suitcases and we’d have to step over them and bumped into them when going to the bathroom overnight. Another “plus” was the WiFi was good and there were PowerPoints on either side of the bed, which was large and comfy.

This hotel is so clean and charming! The room was exactly what we needed and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location is amazing and easily walkable to/from S. Lucia station. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We upgraded to a deluxe room with a view of the canal. The room was clean, roomy and had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great l. This hotel is in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is our 1st time at this hotel and 4th stay in Venice. We can not speak highly enough of this hotel it was brilliant in every way. Lovely and attentive staff, great breakfast, lovely room serviced every day and tea and coffee in room. We love the location as it’s near Piazzale Roma so short walk and easy to get to from the air port. We will definitely be staying at this Hotel again.

we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. the location is excellent as only 5 min walk from the bus/taxi stand. The rooms need modernisation, one of the rooms had massively stained carpets, and the bathroom was in a poor state. the rooms need a bit of modernisation to be honest. the breakfast was good, and the air conditioning was excellent in the rooms after a long walk around the city with 31 C temperatures. The staff is very helpful and polite.
