Very nice hotel, brilliant location close to the action but far enough away to offer some peace and quiet after the days activities. Breakfast food was good, and staff polite and helpful. Would recommend

The property was well situated, convenient location. However, the rooms are very small. There are stairs inside of the room, so if you have heavy luggage, that could be problematic.

The room was too small with a single bed, im 6'3" so a bit small for me, a long walk from Rialto, it is much shorte if you get down in St Marco

beautiful art! Comfortable rooms. You cannot remove anything from breakfast room, like a piece of fruit or toast. Difficult to find unless you get off the ferry at the San Marco piazza. The directions we had from the hotel were to get off at a different stop and we wandered around for an hour! asking for directions here and there to get to the hotel. The hotel staff was not fluent enough in English to give good directions.
