The hotel is beautifully designed and honours the history of the area, while delivering a comfortable and safe stay. On check-in we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Our room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was abundant and well serviced. The hotel is in a great location, and overall we really enjoyed our time in Venice.

The property is located in a quieter part of Venice and close to two Valporetto stops. The staff at the front desk and dining area is extremely nice, accommodating, and attentive to your needs. Unfortunately, the cleaning personnel is not competent. The room was never properly cleaned. The floors left dirty. Bugs. The tissue was never replaced.

The location was great, in a quieter, less busy area, lots of dining options, lots of shops. Popular areas are a short walk away. The room was great. The staff were all amazing (especially Allessadro), they couldn’t have been more helpful. The other staff were great too (didn’t get all their names). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff are friendly, and breakfast is nice, and a free taxi ride to murano was nice; unfortunately my son got some sort of bug bites all over him from sleeping on the couch/sofa in our Junior suite. We covered the sofa and the sheets prior to using it, but something got him. We counted around 17 welts on him.
