We had a corner canal view room which was like being in a fairy tale. The staff was great and helpful. We had an electrical issue while we were there but the staff was very helpful and accommodating

Excellent service, particularly Apple at front desk. The facility has issues (toilet did not flush, in-room safe did not work), but staff did try to fix the problems. Convenient location. Good value. Would stay again.
Arrived to the hotel and did not get a room, at first they said it’s because payment wasn’t still confirmed by the last time they checked which was same day’s morning, I told them that was not right and showed them emails with date stamp on it that it was all done before already. So they changed the story and was told then I could not get a room because it had rained inside the hotel and they had leaks and flood and I could not be given a room like that, I was sent to a different hotel to make a new reservation at today’s price on the spot and stay there because they were not able to give me a room.
Only positive is close to the train station. Property is in terrible condition. Air condition doesn't work. Bathrooms are in bad condition and shower water pressure is poor. Front desk staff unhelpful, and breakfast was not good. I don't recommend staying here at all.
The hotel is very close to everything you need train 10 mins across the bridge eats down the road ferry 7 mins airport bus 10 water taxi 2 min yes it’s old but so is everything it’s a friendly place staff are very helpful breakfast is good good choice

Having stayed at this hotel numerous times I was disappointed that we were given a room in an inferior nearby property, and we were not aware of the renovations that were taking place. After showing our displeasure we were given a room for the rest of our stay in the hotel we had booked, so everything was ok .
Hotel was a little old and outdated but very convenient. The breakfast is not in the hotel, you have to walk around the corner to another hotel to eat. Other than that, it was ok.
