Certainly not a 4 star hotel as suggested by the signage at the front of the hotel. Traffic noise all night. Flashing fire sensor directly above the bed. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Decor was poor. I was glad to leave. And the icing on the cake, my flight was rerouted and I arrived unexpectedly in Venice at 1:30am with no accommodation booked. I was charged £350 for the night at this hotel via Expedia (subsequently found Expedia advertising the hotel at £89 the following night). Really disappointed.

The room itself was big and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is NOT worth 15 euro's, very very limited choice, and although i paid in advance, on check in, i got told each morning by the restaurant staff that i hadnt paid, and that i needed to pay them, so each morning was a trip down to reception to sort it out. Hotel is on a busy road, and noise is to be expected, so if you can sleep through anything, and you dont want breakfast, the hotel is ok.

Coffee machine in room but no pods . To get them they charge 6 euros. We have stayed at many hotels and this is first time you had to pay.Also to store our luggage since we got there before check in they charged 2 euros per bag. I think we paid enough for our room that I don’t think it necessary to charge us .

The staff was very good, but the area seems to be unsafe, the hotel room smelled like sewage. Very noisy rooms, you can hear anyone from other rooms. No snacks, It was very convenient to have a grocery store and super store right beside, and a bus stop in front to go to main places. I wouldn't stay again in the same location.

We were not happy with this hotel. When we booked, we booked for 4 people and arrived to a double bed and a single bed. When we went down to reception they said there is nothing they can do and when my husband insisted, then they set up a another single bed. Also I am not sure if there was some sort of bugs in the beds but both me and my daughter have bug bites on our bodies. The one good thing was the bus to the main area of Venice was just outside the hotel and only took us 10 minutes.

No kettle. The A/C didn’t cool the room, the lifts were always broken, and we were charged a cleaning fee after we left after 8 days of not requesting any services as we like our privacy and we left the property clean took our own rubbish out daily. Not happy at all 10 euro to clean!
