We had an amazing stay here, the receptionist are so informative and helpful especially to Matilda. The breakfast are great, plenty to choose. The room is clean and beds are comfortable, they clean and replace our towels every stay. We even had free bottled waters and are replaced everyday. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable.

When we arrived on the train we decided to walk instead of taking the water bus. It was about a 22 min walk having to carry luggage up and down various small bridges and through narrow streets. My daughter and I are in shape so it wasn’t too bad. The hotel was walkable to popular sites. We used gps to navigate. We were close to Rialto Bridge and also not far from St.Marks Square. The room was spacious and the hotel was safe. Be careful in the shower. The shower head was pointed right at the shower door and my daughter got the floor soaking wet. I found a way to turn it do that didn’t happen again. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but that was fine with us. There were eggs, chewy bacon, cereal, breads, and a little fruit. Don’t expect a full American style breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay. Walkable to sights, shopping & transportation & dining. Staff were great. Check in and out easy. Breakfast was good. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Everyhing was operating correctly - lights, bathroom. Only minor issue was thin walls. Our room was off the lobby so there was some noise.

The staff was courteous and the breakfast was quite adequate. Monica booked our private water taxi and walked us to the taxi in the morning. She even carried my suitcase down the stairway. That was nice of her.

After walking from the train station with 2 50lb bags and finding no elevator or lift I thought this was a bad decision to book this hotel. But after getting settled I realized that it was a great decision. Staff are awesome and helpful rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi is easy to setup, lots of dining options within 5 minutes and the further you walk the more you have. Lots of shopping and gondola ride right there. The bad, no elevator, no tv in room, no syrup for the waffles, scrambled eggs were pasty, made from powder?

We like the castle-style hotel and the friendly staff,especially monica and ricardo who were very helpful in obtaining a taxi to the airport for our early departure. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator.

we loved our stay here! it was only two days but the staff were so friendly and welcoming felt like home! i would highly recommend , the area was perfect and lots to do! close all main attractions and the vaperetto was right across so it was easy to get around !

Rude, sarcastic staff throughout the whole process. Worst part, shower water backs up and they didn't fix nor move to another room after many complaints. Typical Venetian attitude..we won't see his face again and we don't care.
