Horrible place. Not recommended for vacation stay!

The 2 rooms were horrible! Bathrooms were leaking, didn’t have elevators, the reception folks never smiled once during the entire 3 day stay. The location was great but everything else was horrible! It was such a ripoff! They didn’t even give receipt for city taxes that they took cash for. Only 2 ladies supporting Breakfast and they didn’t have enough items or time to replace items fast enough. Terrible experience. Won’t recommend at even half the price!

Amazing hotel in Venice

Amazing location. We had a family room that was huge space for the five of us. Spent more time in the city than in the hotel. Hotel is very conveniently located which made it easy to drop by throughout the day. Highly recommended.

We got the family suite (Scudi)- fit our family of 6 perfect. Unit was very comfortable though wished they had coffee in the unit (though there was a French press and teabags). Very close to everything. St Marks square was a short 7 min walk away. Only main downside is the lack of elevator- the unit is on the 4th floor- so bring your walking shoes!

This was a wonderful experience where the staff was incredibly courteous and we were able to stay. Let our bags stay there. They were very welcoming and always said farewell as we gave Marquis for the room. The room was quite comfy and would definitely stay again, but be a little bit more wary that restaurants near the Rialto are there for the views, not the quality of the food. The internet was all right.

Location is perfect!

Location was amazing! Very close to all of the main sites. Very easy access to water taxi and bus. Be aware, no elevator, so pack light!

Was a lovely property with so much history. Excellent location. Breakfast was great and service good. The stairs were a lot at the end of a big day of walking and carrying heavy suitcases up and down was challenging. Bed comfy and room spacious.

This place is right in the center of town!! A little hard to find but this is venice lol. Rooms are clean. Reception staff is very nice. They will help you with everything. Breakfast is very good. I would stay there again no problem at all. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

Excellent property, was travelling with 3 girls stress free location 2 minute walk from drop off of the vaporetto dock, walking distance to everything so central and super safe. The hotel was amazing the staff was super kind and friendly made us feel so welcome , the room was very clean spotless, comfortable beds , very good AC . The breakfast was awesome a variety of everything very fresh, the staff prepared us every morning a really good cappuccino with a smile. Definitely will come back to this hotel on our next visit everything was above and beyond.

Friendly hotel

Breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to water taxi stop and farmers market. Some of the rooms have shared bathrooms which I didn’t realize. Bathrooms were kept clean.
