The property is very well maintained and clean. Old Florida mom and pop kind of place that’s in a great location. The room had all of the amenities that are needed. Debbie and Shawn were great and they take pride in their work and it shows.

The property is well kept. Super clean, and the Tiki vibe makes you feel like you’re staying in Hawaii. The bike trial is basically in the same parking lot. They have a mini putt area, nice pool overlooking the canal with an entertaining deck for BBQs and hangout. I recommend and we will be back!

This was the singlemost BEST hotel experience of my life!!!! Great communication, beautiful property, wonderful management!!!! The room was beautifully decorated and CLEAN!! I won't normally go barefoot in a hotel - this place was the exception to the rule!! Everything was clean, pretty, and how every hotel experience should be, but is not.

We have stayed here several times now and we will continue to make the 15 hour drive to spend time here! Staff s amazing. Rooms and facility is clean. Its quiet and safe and rooms are great! Its nice to have a place to make our own food for the week vs eating out. We love renting bikes and riding down the bike trail to the beach! And just simply enjoying the patio! We have zero complaints ever!

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond. You can tell when you stay here how much effort and personal touches have gone into the rooms and look of the property. It is convenient to the trails and close to Venice Beach and pier.

Great family owed place. Loved the small family feel. They were amazing with our kids and gave them treats and made the experience wonderful. Rooms nesly renovated and were very clean. Everything needed was there. Pool was clean and warm. Pool chairs looked new. Great location. Walked next door for dinner one night. 5 minute drive to Caspersen beach. Cant wait to return again

Stayed here because it was close to dog beach and tired of “box” hotels! We will stay again. Loved close restaurant, pool, deck, river, walking paths and overall atmosphere!

This is a family run motel that is convenient to everything. The room was immaculate and the decor was very nice. Comfortable bed nice shower all the boxes checked. The pool is an absolute delight, and there’s even a grill in a tiki bar out by the pool area if you would like to take advantage of that. Debbie could not have been more accommodating. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend this highly enough..
