Beautiful spacious room. Coffee/tea in room. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and dining. Venice is about walking, so no matter where you stay, you'll be walking. Staff were informative and genuinely interested in making your stay comfortable. Breakfast was available for like 10 euros. The view out the dining area window is stunning and photo worthy. The entrance to the courtyard type area is also stunning; large doors; very authentic. Thank you for a great stay.

Is a great location and a nice view from the buffet area and the location was just perfect I visit all places I wanted by walking however the AC was not cooling enough i didn’t slept well due to that but on my understanding most places in Italy are like this. Is an old building and the shower had some black mold. The staff was great and ask if we needed anything they are very attentive!!

Was wonderful! The common room has a beautiful view of the canal. The place was also well equipped with a lift so I didn't have to haul my luggage up several flights. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I really liked it.

First off, yes, the floors are uneven! I’ve read this in other reviews. But listen to me, the foundation was set in 1714 and the entire building dates back to the late 1700’’s!! Also, every single building in Venice is crooked!! Every one! It didn’t bother us one single bit because this hotel is literally a 2 minute walk down a great shopping street with great food options! It’s location very close to the #1 canal boat stop Ca D’Oro. The #1 boat is to the far right as soon as you come out of the train station and that’s the boat that zig-zags back and forth across the main canal at all stops. It stops at Ca D’Oro every 10/15 minutes. The staff here is AMAZING!! Ready to help, always super nice, the rooms are small and rustic but there’s a canal view in the main room! It’s a super old building but it’s right in the middle of the best area! You can walk all over from here and it’s 10 minutes or less from the train station! Really great place to stay! Highly recommend! We would stay there again no problem at all.

I loved this hotel! But the floor of my room wasn’t level - a bit discombobulating. However the lounge/common room was wonderful. Balconies over the grand canal, free coffee and tea and cake. Fantastic!
