Beautiful hotel - hidden gem
What seems like an innocuous door opens up into a beautiful courtyard, with stone steps leading up to the hotel main entrance. Rooms are located within an old building, decorated in keeping the era. Rooms are comfortable, spacious & clean. Staff are very helpful, check in/out was efficient. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful with a very efficient host. Location within 10 minutes walk of the train/bus station.

Pros: Access was pretty easy, overall stay was pleasant, property was clean and well maintained, breakfast was good. Cons: No lift in this property, with heavy luggage it's a quite a few steps to climb even though the property manager helped us, no microwave oven so it wasn't not be possible to heat up dinner.

Wonderful Hotel with a minor problem for Old Folks
The hotel was conveniently located near the Saint Lucia train station. We took the train to and from our cruise ship to get to Venice. It was a wonderful quaint hotel beautifully decorated. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was awesome. The only minor problem with the hotel was it took five flights of stairs to get to our room, the staff helped us with our luggage. We had to walk five flights and we’re not spring chickens anymore. If I was younger, I would stay there again but as I’m heading for my 70s I don’t think I could do it again.

Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff was nice enough, the breakfast was good. Cons: There was a ridiculous amount of stairs which we had no idea about. On the way back down, we would run into people struggling their way upstairs. Also the rooms were very lackluster and nothing like the pictures online. Felt a little duped by this.

We had our car with us, and the hotel was perfectly located for getting to and from the Garage San Marco. We loved the interior, it felt like authentic Venice. The breakfast was very good: good coffee, excellent pastries, and eggs made to order. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay with easy access to all of Venice. If you can’t handle stairs then this is not the property for you. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Wonderful service. We were helped with bags on entrance and exit (lots of steps to navigate) Breakfast room is adorable, it’s like stepping back in time. Freshly made coffee to order was a real god send to set up for a busy day Lovely property with decor to match the surroundings of lovely Venice

Location is near the piazzo Roma. Convenient to roam around the city via water bus and taxi. Staff was helpful and breakfast was great. Only problem with the Room. Very small. You need to climb so Many stairs to reach at the reception and the room. Otherwise good experience.
