The location is good, close to the vaporeto station, just to be 100% clear, the palace does not have a lift and you could be in a third floor,not a restaurant for breakfast, and the room was not made after the first night, it is more a RB&B without clean service.

The roof top balcony was amazing! And the hosts were very kind. There is a water Taxi you can take from two minutes away for about $100 for two people. Seems like it was definitely worth it.

A charming Italian characteristic hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Located in a quiet yet convenient location, close to vaporetto service and all essentials. Facility is clean. Although it does not have an elevator. A couple of minor feedback, lights in our room(violet)were very dim, brighter lightbulbs would be helpful. Proving tissue paper in unit would’ve been great. Staff can help with securing Vivaldi concert tickets

Please Do Not stay at this place. We booked this place for only one night but there was no water from the check in time to midnight. I was stuck in the bathroom for an hour with soap and shampoo in my hair and body waiting for the water. We’ve made so many attempts to get the issue resolved but the management were unable to resolve the issue. At midnight after making so many attempts I’ve requested the management to move us in a different room to at least take a shower so we can leave for the airport at 4am. It was a terrible experience.

Great choice

Superb place conveniently located with welcoming, friendly and helpful employees. If you don't mind the dozen of emails and text messages that they will send you prior and after your stay (a little bit annoying) and that you might hear your neighbours after hours since it's not 100% soundproof, this is an excellent option!

The property was at a good location but room itself was bad. The water ran out and we could not shower. They did not have fans and asked us to open the windows at night for circulation and there were so many mosquitoes in the room. We were told there is bug repellent in the room and it’s OK to open the windows. When we asked for mosquito repellent the following day they asked us to buy from the store. It was a bad experience in a beautiful city. We had bug bites all over and were not able to sleep at all. We understand things happens and are not too choosy but the worst part was that the staff did not even try to make it right. Also it was a very noisy streets and open windows made it worse. I would not stay here and will not recommend this at all.
