Entrance was a little hard to locate at 1st. But everything is smooth sailing upon check in！ Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Location is great, very close to major attractions. Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Venice ~

My mom, aunts, and I extended our European vacation and spent four nights at Palazzo San Luca — and we’re so glad we did! Cosmin was absolutely amazing. He picked us up from the airport via water taxi and personally escorted us to the apartment. That alone was such a relief, especially with three elderly women and all their suitcases navigating the winding streets of Venice. We felt bad that he had to carry all our luggage up to the third-floor walk-up — the only minor downside of our stay — but he did so with incredible patience and kindness, which we truly appreciated. The staff was equally accommodating, responding quickly and with warmth whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. If I return to Venice (and I hope I do), I would definitely stay at Palazzo San Luca again!

The property was a short walk away from major attractions in the city and surrounded by fantastic dining and shopping options. The property owners were extremely accommodating, providing detailed directions, which are absolutely necessary, and even helped us secure a private water taxi for our early departure from Venice airport.

Highly Recommend!

What a wonderful hotel! Staff allowed us to store our luggage and provided us with refreshements while we waited for our room since we arrived early. We were upgraded to an apartment with a balcony. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Great location too, near Rialto, supermarket, and shops. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Small hotel with a super friendly staff, clean and great location. There is a vaporetto stop really close, so moving our suitcases wasn't difficult. Everything is 10-15 min. walk or less. Quiet area, there are many restaurants very close and a supermarket around the block. A/C very important during the summer months.

Highly reccomend the Premier apt in the annex at Palazzo San Luca. Lovely 2 bedroom with 4 beds, two terraces, kitchen and living area- all gorgeously furnished and well maintained. Location is perfect: Close to airport and train station and walkable to eveything. Cosmi at checkin was a delight and gave us great service and excellent meal ideas. Area was safe and charming. Apt is on second floor but they will assist with luggage if needed. Ac worked well and their instructions for checkin and transfers were perfect. Would absolutely stay again! Recvd a fantastic bottle of wine as a VIP expedia member and they stired luggage for us before and after checkin.

We traveled with three families; two stayed at the hotel nearby. Our annex panoramic apartment was a 15-minute walk from them and had several issues. Access required climbing seven steep flights of stairs, which we weren’t expecting. The shower was tiny and had little to no hot water for our group of four. The main bed was uncomfortable, with worn-out springs and poor-quality bedding. The loft had a skylight with no cover, making sleep difficult. While the rooftop patio was a nice feature, we ended up leaving after the first night despite booking three.
