Breakfast was a good way to start the day. The location of the property is good, with shops and dining options nearby. Vaporeto stops nearby, as well.

First Time to Venice

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. The hosts were amazing. Beds were comfortable. Overall an amazing experience. Definitely would recommend.

Mario is an excellent host. Every time I emailed him, he got back to me within an hour. When we arrived 2 hours early, he let us leave our bags inside. We came back at 2 and all our very heavy bags had been brought up to our room. The room and bathroom were very clean. He served us breakfast each morning which was great. He answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for restaurants which were fantastic. The day we left, he made arrangements for us for the water taxi and additional road taxi to take us to the airport. He helped us with our luggage and waited with us until we were on the water taxi. I would highly recommend staying with them.

Well-Positioned Venetian Charm

Lovely B&B with an excellent, welcoming and considerate host. Well positioned for those willing to walk. Only 20 minutes on foot from the main train station, less than ten minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 15 Minutes from St Mark's Square. We were given helpful directions from our host and tips for getting to and from our room. Thank you. Breakfast included was a lovely addition. Our rooms were full of charm and Venitian character.

Great location very quiet Mario was a fantastic host without him I don't know what we would have done he give us all our directions and what options to use for transport, recommended restaurants made the experience seamless thankyou. My girls loved that there was English netflix in room after a day of sightseeing they got to chill with a movie before bed.

This is an exceptional and beautiful place to stay in Venezia. Mario Is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant that I thoroughly enjoyed.
