The room was clean, Reception was friendly. Enrico was especially helpful. The on-site bakery was very good the staff courteous. Super location , 5 minutes or less walk to San Marco Square . Would stay here again!

Lovely hotel. Very central. Close to square. friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Only fault is tv is not smart, no english channel s.we knew this prior and we brought ipad and there was free wifi. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was very small which I expect for Europe. Consistent smell of sewage and deliveries started at 5AM every morning. As loud as it was, I might as well gone down and helped them unload. Way overpriced for what we got.

We got a junior suite here and the extra room was nice to have. Once we figured out the AC we were very comfortable. The location was five minutes from St. Mark's Square and vaporetto stops. All men behind the check-in desk (Enrico, Nicola and one whose name I can't remember) were very helpful with directions and reservations. Highly recommended.

While the staff were great, it was simply not worth the cost booked through Expedia. Air-conditioning kept resetting to 80° during the night so sleep was interrupted three out of the four nights. Traveler should be aware that it is difficult to get from where the water taxis drop off is to the hotel requiring carrying suitcases up and over steps in bridges.
