Absolutely Outstanding Experience! From the moment we booked, Nicola, Enrico, and Antonio went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident at every step — from booking, to check-in, to our entire time at the hotel. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Venice’s top attractions and surrounded by endless dining options. The rooms are very small with only basic amenities. The one elevator is cramped. The hotel promises a view and San Marco Square; we booked a room with view of the square. If you archer your neck put the window you could see the top or the clock tower in the square. I found the description of the facility to be misleading.

First off the front desk staff is top notch as is the service peeps. Really helpful and friendly which is enough to make me want to stay again. The room was typical size and bathroom was larger than average. There was a daily/nightly issue with a noise coming from the tube that is used to plugin the vacuum (for the cleaning crew). It would randomly make a loud metal banging noise (note: did not happen after about 10pm so should only impact if you are trying to nap). Otherwise the room was quiet. There is a decent restaurant downstairs (a bit pricey, but so is all of Venice). The location is fantastic, short walk to many sites/restaurants.

We stayed at Rosa Salva Hotel for two nights and had an amazing stay. The rooms were spotless, the interior renovation was very tasteful, the staff were helpful and responsive, and the location was simply perfect. It is just a 5-minute walk from San Marco, with plenty of dining options and cute boutiques within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is 5 minutes from St. Mark’s Square and a great value. The staff members are friendly and professional. You also obtain a 10% discount on the very popular and tasty pastry and coffee shop which is attached to the hotel. The lobby is small but there is a dining room to take your breakfast from the coffee and pastry shop to dine. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Rosa Salva for a few days, and the hotel was great. It is centrally located and 5-10min walk to all the major attractions. The staff is friendly, kind, and always willing to help with any questions.

We LOVE this hotel. So much so we changed our reservation last minute to come BACK to Rosa Salva (we were supposed to stay closer to the airport at the tail end of a cruise) The room we got this time A105 had the biggest double shower ever. And my 15 year old loved that you could synch up your phone to the shower speakers. The front desk takes care of all transport to and from airport, if requested and for a cost. We will definitely only stay here should we find ourselves lucky enough to be back in Venice

We loved our stay here! The staff was so incredibly kind & helpful. The location is really close to everything! We would walk to st marks every night & there’s so much choice around for dinner. Places for every budget. Know you aren’t by water so there’s no view per se but just a short 3 minute walk and you’re right on the water. The walls were a little thin but nothing ear plugs can’t fix. AC worked super well! And there’s free water in the minibar everyday which we would bring with us while we walked around. My daughter & I felt super safe the whole time. Would stay here again in a heart beat
