Lovely Stay
Our stay was amazing! This was a stop along our 4 week road trip through Italy, France, Monaco and Spain. The hotel was great, the staff was wonderful. We didn't eat in the restaurant ($25 for breakfast for a small morning appetite was not worth it for us), we choose to eat at a little coffee café near the boat taxi stop and everything we ate was delicious! They do have parking at this hotel, but we parked at a public parking spot about a 5 minute walk to the hotel for about 1/3 of the cost. We LOVED this location! Close enough to everything using the boat taxis, but not so close to the hustle and bustle and people filled areas around the Rialto Bridge area. Our room had a view of the water and the nearby bridge!

The location was easily accessible, the room was nice and the hotel staff were very accommodating and attentive. The area can get loud on at night because the water taxi stops right next to the hotel so you will hear people talking,etc. which is frustrating when you are trying to sleep.

Great location at the entry to Venice but that means lots of people as it’s next to the train station. Has a parking facility which is useful if renting a car. Staff were very nice, and the room views were great.

Great choice for our 3n trip to Venice. We wanted to spot close to the Train Station to avoid a longer trek after a long day of travel. Perfect spot close to Line 2 water bus to St Marks. The Hotel very upscale, excellent and helpful staff. Our corner room with a view of the Grand Canal. It was a busy corner but Made for great people watching. The beds comfortable, extra pillows provided and rain shower head dreamy. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Location is good for tourists with a car . You can get the hotel by the car and park in the hotel parking ( 90 Euro per night ) . Room is small , but more or less comfortable . To San Marco is around 30 min walk . NO FREE DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM !!! Never seen it before . Personal not friendly
