Location was terrific. Hotel favors needs of tour groups staying there over needs of individual travelers. Breakfast was a disaster due to large tour groups taking over space preventing staff from attending to other travelers. Not enough waitstaff to maintain buffet, bring coffee, etc. Rooms were noisy making it difficult to get a good night sleep. Outdoor deck on top floor was pleasant when it was available.

The room and bathroom were beautiful. The only criticism I have is majority of electrical outlets did not work. We could not use the coffee machine and had to share the one functioning outlet to charge all our phones. Staff was great and the breakfast was plentiful and great!

The Hotel is a great location near the Rialto bridge about 5min walk from the water bus stop. If you want a Gondola there was one that picked up next to the Hotel The room was as described and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature The bed was comfortable and everything about the room was of a high standard We used the roof bar that had great views and a good place for pre dinner drinks Breakfast was the only disappointment as getting a coffee was a challenge and arrived after we had eaten on both days, however a minor niggle We would definitely recommend this hotel

Loved this property. It was located so centrally to be able to see everything in Venice. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I had 2 days in Venice and was able to see all I wanted with this central location. The restaurant has breakfast on site if you want convenience. My only complaint was the fees that were advised for a private airport transfer by hotel staff was quoted almost half of what I was charged by the company. It was definitely not inexpensive. I did verbalize my unhappiness with the inaccurate information versus the charge. The hotel was extremely apologetic and timely and did get the company to give a partial refund. However, if the pick up was before 8 am there was 60 euro more cost which was not advised which was part of the 170 euro more charged. I still am VERY thankful for their assistance in arranging all and getting partial refund. They truly were top notch customer service!

Hotel was located very close to Rialto. Walking distance to everything in the city. The room was beautiful, but had to be changed because the a/c didn’t work in the first room we were assigned. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Splendid Hotel was Splendid
Our room was beautiful and so welcoming! It was much larger than we anticipated and the bathroom was so spacious! The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants, directions and transfers to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the future.

this is a small hotel, but the interior is completely renovated with modern styles, including hard-floor, nice liens, mattress. The room is well decorated, and staff are well dressed. It's a very clean hotel. The breakfast is excellent with nice vegetables (cooked spinach or green beans), smoked salmons and many choices. The location is close to Rialto Bridge (4 mins walk), and St, Marks (10 mins walk). Nice shops and stores around the hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very close to st marks square & rialto bridge. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The hotel staff were very helpful & friendly. We had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant as it was raining. The food was delicious. There is also a roof top bar which was lovely in the evening.
