Great location (a block from train station but down a side street and SUPER quiet) -- great room (well appointed, great bathroom/shower) and very much enjoyed the "secret garden" for breakfast and leisure time outside.

Superb hotel

Excellent hotel, close to everything you need when visiting Venice. Near train station and bus station are 5 mins walk plus ferry to the mainland and airports. Superb, clean modern hotel with lovely garden and bar area to relax after a day in Venice.

Perfectly situated for us near Lucia strain station Edward front desk was great and Elda in breakfast restaurant amazing lady. Modern an delightful place. A bit distance from main attraction but the walk and getting lost Venice is half the fun

Great room with a very spacious bathroom. The furnishings are modern as well. The location was conveniently close to the train station as well. The only minor issue we had was we couldn't turn off the ac fan. But we should have called down to see what can be done about that.

El hotel es bonito, moderno, limpio y muy confortable, pero lo mejor es el personal, que es súper atento y colaborador. Adicional le dieron un trato muy especial a mi hijo pequeño. Su ubicación fue excelente para nosotros, tanto para la llegada de un crucero, como la salida para tomar un taxi al aeropuerto. Totalmente recomendado.

Amazing location, very close to the train station and a busy area with restaurants on the grand canal, yet tucked up a quiet street so you don’t have to deal with any noise. It was clean, and the breakfast buffet was great, although a bit expensive. A very comfortable stay.

Charming little hotel that is an easy walk from the train station. It’s very close to one of the main Vaporetto stops and featured a lovely daily breakfast option (extra charge). Would stay there again. Rooms were spacious by European standards.
