Woke up to no hot water, no power in our rooms. The hotel did not provide emergency lighting. The manager was rude and unwilling to offer a fair compensation for their inability to provide the amenities ( hot water and power) that we paid for.

Great experience!

My room was spacious, clean, had a wall fireplace and was comfortable! I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff at Amanzi were friendly and the price for my stay was reasonable. I would book a stay here again!

Lesson learned

Sketchy area next to the 101 freeway. We had to keep the air condones on while we were in the room to drown out the music that came from the brewery across the street. Was it worth $750 for 3 nights? Lesson learned

Incredible free breakfast!

For the most part, the stay was excellent, especially the complementary breakfast! It was delicious, hot, and ready to eat. The attendants did a great job in providing quality customer service and were friendly and conversational. We tried to have the hand sanitizers refilled throughout our walk in the building, however it met with death ears.
