Clean & Convenient
Needed a place to stay during a trip out to Carpinteria, and we decided to spend the night in Ventura. This Best Western was a convenient location. You can walk to Main Street or the Pier within minutes. They offered free parking and breakfast, which we were really thankful for! Check-in as well as check-out was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly. They're a pet friendly hotel, and asked us if we had pets when we checked in. The only concern we had was our bed. It was a bit on the tall side, and we noticed it squeaked a lot. Overall, we would recommend staying here and would return to this Best Western.

Closely resembles a dog kennel and noisy. This was a very old run down hotel before the lipstick remake. Flow level rooms are headlight filled with zero insulation and single pane windows amplifying every movement outside AND upstairs…skipped the “free breakfast “

I had a great stay here! Didn't realize it was a motel but the room was very spacious and I had requested a desk for an interview which was perfect for what I needed. The room also had a blow dryer and steamer which I appreciated. Breakfast was typical but solid. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.
