Stayed over night on the way from LA to SF - overall it was ok not great - room was out dated and a bit dog earred place needs a bump for the price - location is great and walkable - breakfast is basic and free parking was great

Close to a business function. There was not enough available parking. Had to park in the street. First receptionist was sharing her life story with the person checking in front of me. Must have been the end of her shift because the second receptionist helped me out immediately.

Roof constuction started prompley at 8am...after a night out on the town, that was not what we were looking forward to. There was a large crack in one of the windows and door knob to closet bent in. Staff at front desk said to tal to manager who was off until the next day and wouldn't even come close to talking about any of the issues. This place good be nice, even great, but due to poor managment and subpar service its only benifit is when you leave.
