Front desk was very helpful in finding us a different room that was close to handicap parking!!! I am disabled and need a room with specific parking!! In addition, service with a smile when I need the keys to be reprogrammed!!

Last minute decision to get a room here, based on the convenience of being close to family, but never again!! This is the second time in 6 months I’ve stayed in this hotel, in the same room, and gotten bit up by bed bugs! Corporate will be called and a lawsuit may be filed! Not to mention the staff there basically told me I was lying! But I have video! And trust me, they know about the bed bugs because they have powder in the corner of the room, #114.

This was the first time i have stayed at Motel 6 on harbor and was disappointed at the noise Level from guests. There was yelling and screaming from female and male. People were parked in parking spaces in front of room talking loudly about the fighting . After 45 minutes the cops finally showed up and took care of situation. Loud level high after 10pm. Got woke up several times during my 2 night stay. I always stay there and will continue to stay when i visit. Maybe just a security patrol after 10pm.

Poor cleanliness, stained sheets, dirty bathtub with previous hotel guest hat still in shower walls. No late Checkout. When called and asked for late checkout, was told only 15 minutes past normal check out was allowed. Beds are memory foam and comfortable.
