From Tacoma Washington. .. Nice Hotel walking distance from the beach and several kid friendly restaurants.staffing levels were great. If we needed anything there was a staff member that made it happen. Thanks Motel 6 for an awesome guest experience.

Dirty shower and room floors. The smell in the room was unbearable. We asked motel staff if we can check out earlier, got an approval and were promised to get a refund for the night we didn't use, never received a refund.

Received a call at 11:00 pm by front desk staff member saying, “You guys need to keep to keep it down or we are going to kick you out.” I was traveling alone and was asleep (and silent) when he called. To his credit he apologized but maybe staff should verify before calling guests late at night. I found out the next morning that the complaint had come from someone not even near my room. That was night two. Night one was Valentine’s Day and let’s just say that the bed in the room above needed some adjustment. Rather squeaky at 1:00 am.
