If you could spend a little bit more I’d recommend going somewhere else. The smell that came from the room was so bad we couldn’t sleep. It’s very dirty. It’s sad though cause if they just cleaned it up a little bit it was be a really nice stay

Bathroom window broken, no covers on many of the electrical outlets, smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room, tried to use wall unit to bring in air it was broken, someone peed in from of our room so opening the window didn't help with the smell, there was hairs on the bed, and the chair in the room was completely stained. When I told the counter we did not want to stay because of the conditions and we felt unsafe they refused to give me a refund or even a partial refund. Expedia didn't offer either with the horrible conditions of the room and hotel. it was the worst experience I've ever had. We were there for about 20 minutes and left to find a different, last minute hotel.

Terrible place to go I would Never recommend
The lady in the lobby was very rude unpleasant. We asked her questions about the TV and she wouldn’t help and she basically kicked us out and then when we were trying to rebook, she wouldn’t even let us sit in the room to rebook. She told us to get out.

The property is centrally located but it’s old and needs renovation. My room smelled like something that had been closed for a long time. The pillows, bed and sheets smelled old too. The bathroom had a cracked window. I would not recommend it. Not the hotels fault but my upstairs neighbors kept me up for most of the night. It seemed like they were moving furniture and walking on heels from 9pm until 6am until I finally reported it to the front desk. It stopped for the most part but what a nightmare.

Dirty roach hotel
This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at . First of all the room had roaches they wouldn't allow me to have any visitors the lady that checks you in was so rude and unprofessional I asked if I could get a extra towel and she told me to get out of her office and if I really needed a towel to go to the store and buy one. I couldn't wait to leave that nasty roach infested hotel.

Not the property, but the tv was in perpetual loop of update-restart-reboot-etc., Ok, got a smart phone. Shower door was so mis-aligned the door would not close... and swung open via gravity. I should have got a bungie chord to attach the door to the faucet!
