DO NOT BOOK!
Did not stay. Front desk canceled before I arrived. Called front desk and never apologized for canceling and just hung up on me. Very rude and terrible customer communication.

It was very hard to communicate with the owner over the phone. When I called her to inform that the reservation was not the core t date, she said she didn't see anything and hung up on me. I called again to try and explain that I made it online and before saying another word, she hung up on me again. I call d a third time and had to be firm with her and say lady, please listen and I went on to tell her that I didn't want a reservation for Sunday but needed it for Monday and to please change it, she responded with " Lady, come and we can talk" I got my car towed and I needed a place to stay on Saturday..I got a ride there which took 30 minutes to arrive. When she got to the door I introduced myself and all she said was " well, come tomorrow" I asked her to refund the money and she said no. I was apprehensive in making this review because I know it's a family owned business and I also noticed a young man working their with the family and I don't wish for their business to not thrive for his sake but I wish she would not be so rude. I hear her yelling at another person for having woman in his room which maybe he should have know to not have guest but she yelled and told him " you just come here to f*** her and f woman. I don't think that was ok.

Poor customer service.
Unpleasant and very poor customer service. I paid for 1 person, when I get to the motel the receptionist was so rude. She charged more for a 2 beds room. She told me if I don't want I can go somewhere else.
