Very nice property overlooking the malecón and shipyards. Our room was waterfront and the large window was clouded up to the point you could not see thru it. The shower wasn’t draining so I removed the drain cover and pulled a large wad of hair out of the drain. The coffee maker didn’t work properly and surprisingly no safe in the room. Maybe it was just our room.

Great place

Great place to stay in Veracruz, adjacent to the shipping port and right on the Malecon. Service was excellent, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast buffet very good with a lots of choices. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
