Un lugar con una linda vista y el balcón ideal para tener una charla, si buscas platicar con tu familia y disfrutar de la vista es el lugar ideal. Sin embargo, las camas son algo duras y hay bastante ruido de los carros al pasar. Solo algunas impresiones.

The other reviews were pretty accurate for the most part. The hotel is on a major road with thin walls so it is really noisy and hard to sleep if you get woken up easily. On my last night there on a Monday, someone was blasting music at 2am. The price was good and the pool is nice.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all and the cleanliness was terrible there were some hairs in the bathroom as well as next to the bed. Also the sheets, towels and mattresses were extremely old. The walls were pealing off. I just do not recommend this place. The only good thing I like about this hotel is the location and the view from the room (if you get ocean view).

What I liked was the friendly staff and so close to many good restaurants,coffee, dessrts, the beach. My only complaint is that the bed has a sheet and no blanket. I still have a runny nose two days later from being too cold at night. As much as I liked the hotel, the bedding choice was poorly thought out. One sheet for two people on a queen size bed was no fun. Its really the only thing I did not like.

Only stayed one night after spending time with family in Xalapa. Night before oir flight left. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Beware of the ocean view rooms though. Very loud traffic all night. Especially buses running over storm grates in the road. Also the ocean view room sliding glass doors do not have handles in the outside. Beleive me. My wife and i were locked out of the room stuck on the balcony for more than an hour after she shut the door behind us. We had to finally get the attention of someone on the street to alert hotel staff we were stuck on the balcony... such fun.

Since Veracruz has a hot weather, all room must have a refrigerator. The balcony needs chairs and a little table to enjoy the view.
