Room was great in terms of cleanness, comfortables beds and pillows! Nevertheless, the room came with the outside noise. Terrible, you can hear car, truck and motorcycle next to you! First night, was the worst i hardly slept. Next day they change my room to upper floor, but still yiu can hear everything! It is sad that they investing big bucks remodeling the hotel but if they dont change the windows / sliding door, people will no be able to sleep. On top, gym was closed for remodeling! I booked the room with Ocean view!

Once I arrived at this hotel, I immediately got a bad vibe. The place felt old and had a noticeable smell. Our room didn’t feel very clean—we even found a hair in the bed. It also had a damp, moldy odor, which was really unpleasant. The hallways leading to the room were creepy, with dim yellow lighting and the same musty smell. On a positive note, the staff at check-in were very friendly, and the luggage attendants were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not what I expected. I'm just glad we only stayed one night. :(

This hotel is beautiful. It is close to the Plaza Las Américas and Plaza Andamar for shopping. We really loved being at the pool and how it is walkable distance to get to the playa🏖Thank You.

This property is super clean. The beach is walking distance. There is a section for hotel guest to sit down and enjoy the beach. I will definitely be coming back.
