El servicio del aire acondicionado en la habitación no funciona. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en menos de un mes y vuelve a fallar en otra habitación y la única respuesta de la recepcionista es, si si están falllando nuestros aires acondicionados

Al llegara recepcion y pedir mi habitacion me dijeron que ya habian hecho check in otra persona en mi habitacion,cuando yo viajaba solo la señorita agarro su cel y estuvo ahi un rato me dio el nombre de otra persona que claramente no conocia ni viajaba conmigo y pues no querian asignarme mi habitacion que ya tenia previamente reservada y pagada ... insisti que habia un error que buscara y por favor me asignara habitacion ala de mil me dio una pero no recomiendo el hotel ni su personal ineficiente mas de 40 min para resolverme

No sirve el aire acondicionado de l habitación 304

El servicio de aire acondicionado no funcionaba llegué por la tarde y avisé que no funcionaba. Salí a trabajar y de regreso sigue igual temperatura de 26 a 27 grados dentro de la habitación 304 y con una temperatura exterior de 38 grados es un infierno

Todo bien excepto el ruido de las fiestas en el quinto piso. Nos hospedaron en el Segundo pero aún así se escuchaba los Bajos hasta las 2am horrible. No recomendable si se hospedaje en fin de semana

Tienen un salón de eventos en el quinto piso. Aúnque nos hospedaron en el segundo, el ruido de los bajos se escuchan por lo que impide descansar bien. Sólo fue el sábado por la noche. Aconsejo que pregunten antes de reservar si tienen alguna fiesta ese día. Fuera de ahí todo muy bien. Los cuartos muy limpios y las camas muy cómodas.
