We had 3 rooms. Nothing worked right. No one showed us the room and how to turn the air conditioner on initially. After telling us it worked, it did NOT. We needed to change rooms. Another room had a leak and water went on suitcase and all over floor. The pool looks much better in photo. The hotel and rooms smelled of humidity. Even though we got rooms for 4 people, there weren’t enough towels.

Friendly and spacious. Coolee rooms
Friendly, WiFi was good for the area. My 6 kids and I felt comfortable. The showers and bathroom werr clean. The floors felt a bit sticky, bring your own drinks and snacks. No fridge or microwave.

El servicio de internet deficiente en algunas habitaciones. La estructura física en franco deterioro. El servicio de restaurante muy pobre y limitado. Este hotel hace un tiempo era más.

Se reservo desde un mes antes, al llegar al hotel nos dieron una habitación provisional ya que no tenían ninguno disponible, tarde mas de media hora para que me dieran la habitación y luego la habitación que me dieron estaba sucia.

El hotel viejo los cuartos sucios me salio una cucaracha en el baño area de regadera, el piso pegajoso y las personas de recepción muy mal encaradas, televisión con solo 5 canales y el internet nunca sirvio, lamentable nuestra estancia para lo que costo, lastima de cadena de hoteles pues en otros lugares no están así de descuidados.

Es un hotel cómodo y tiene una buena ubicación. Cerca de centros comerciales, la playa y restaurantes. También están algunas avenidas principales cerca del hotel. Lo único inconveniente es que el restaurante deja de dar servicio a las 2:00 pm y la alberca la cierran a las 8:00 pm
