Staff was less than courteous and welcoming with the exception of the bell boys. The air conditioner did not work or cool enough and the room was not clean. The hotel in all is a piece of history that has been left to slowly deteriorate. The pool was clean and the space around was acceptable.

Me he quedado muchas veces en este hotel, desde que era Calinda,en esta ocasión se batallo mucho para que me entregarán cuarto, porque no hallaban mi reservación de hoteles.com, después de hora y media ya me pudieron entregar mi habitación, ya investigando me enteré que la srta que estaba en recepción, le falta capacitación para ver las reservaciones por aplicación, además de qué tenía sobrecarga de trabajo y estaba sola x mucho tiempo, ella hizo su mejor esfuerzo y pudo hallar mi reservación , pero se tardo

Hotel has a good location. Pros: Good Cocina economica type restaurants nearby, is close to Parroquia restaurant. Cons: that part of town is kind of seedy. My key card kept having problems but the front desk did fix it.

La llegada fue bien,la limpieza por parte de la camarera elizabeth fue muy buena exelente trabajo Lo malo del hotel le falta dar mantenimiento y los trabajadores del hotel andan abriendo las puertas sin tocar antes de las 6 am eso es incómodo y se ciente uno inseguro.
