Paper thin walls. Room next door had TV and computer going all night. Sounded like it was beside me. Got zero sleep. That resulted in the poor rating. Clean Hotel though. Nice rooms. Good Breakfast. Great location.

Rooms are very quiet. Everything is clean, including room, hallways and common areas. Appreciated the instant hot water and water pressure in the bathroom. Suggest adding more gluten-free items for breakfast.

The location and parking where great. The bed was clean and comfortable. What was hard to overlook was the hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor that wasn't mine. More care needed in cleaning. Every mirror was cloudy. But it is a very old building.

My stay was very enjoyable. I strongly recommend using glass plates and metal cutlery for the breakfast. Paper plates and plastic silverware are a huge waste. Most hotels of this status have glass plates and silverware. I do not think hotels take the environment seriously when paper and plastic are used for serving food.
