Room 253. The toilet barely flushed and clogged up twice. The tv was very old and had dark streaking clouds embedded in the screen. There was a large splatter of something on the ceiling above the tv.

Fairly priced property, good service, amenities

Quality Inn, Vernal, was not bad IMO. It is an older property and that is clear. To be fair to though, most of the properties in town are older. The newer ones are at least 50% more expensive. It was clear to me that the staff and ownership are trying to do their best with an older property to make it comfortable for guests. Breakfast was good. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, hot cocoa, fruit, as well as burritos and sausage biscuits to warm up. Pretty comprehensive from a nice little buffet. Additionally, there is coffee and hot water for hot cocoa in the lobby so guests can access this outside of breakfast hours of 7-10 am. Walking in I noticed that there were buckets with windshield washing fluid and cleaners. A nice touch for sure showing the intent of the management to think of their guests. Rooms were pretty standard. Nothing special. Good TV with nice selection of channels. You could see the age of the property in the bathroom, but I didn't find it to be bad. Completely acceptable for the price point. Also, our room did have a balcony which was nice for a standard room. Our a/c unit did not work well. When it would come on it was nice and cool, but it was not accurate regarding the thermostat in the unit. Pool and hot tub were nice. They are indoor and were both great temps. Jets worked in the hot tub as well. Because it is indoor it can get loud, but luckily it was not crowded for us. Overall, I would stay again.

Good, besides the room temperature.

Staff was friendly checking in, room was clean, good size, bed was comfortable, hot tub was great, breakfast was okay not the best but okay. Our only issue and complaint was that the room was very hot and the cool air wouldn’t stay on the fan stayed on but didn’t cool the room down at all, the cool would run for a little bit then shut off. We tried to have the window open to cool down the room but it was way too loud being right next to the road. We couldn’t sleep with blankets since it was so hot and were drenched in sweat other than that it was great.

Our two-night stay at Quality Inn Vernal was very pleasant. Check in was a breeze, and the staff very friendly. The room was clean (although dated), and the mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, with several choices. The only issue we had was the floor was noisy in the room above us at 1:30 the first morning. Overall, a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a funeral and this hotel served its purpose. It’s not dated and the service we were provided was great. The breakfast was unsatisfactory in my opinion.

Horrible dirty place

It was dirty, so dated and really just patched together. It showed as “9” in your stars? You’ve got to be kidding me! The photos are the stains on the comforter and sash, the side door that never locked so people came in and out whether they stayed there or not, the soap you’re given for the weekend, the brown stains on the ceiling. Just disgusting. There is no “Quality” in this place.
