Fabulous scenery and views. Peaceful and quiet day and night.
The location was somewhat inaccessible and transport infrequent. Personal car is the best option for accessing tourism hi- lights.
We loved the property was beautiful, nice and new, surround of mountains and green vegetation, simply Amazing.BUT transportation was extremely difficult, without rent a car I 'm no recommend stay in a far away place.
This was the perfect getaway! It is located about 3 km from the town of Vernazza and up in the hills. The views were beautiful and it was really relaxing and quiet. The owner and her daughter were lovely and so kind to us. Highly recommend!
Although you have to drive a bit up the away from the town, it worth the drive. The view, the room was beyond what I expected. The breakfast was lovely. It was so quite in the evenings we where able to just sit outside and enjoy the beauty. Such a wonderful stay!
It was quite isolated but proprietor offered to drive me to Vernazza (To have lunch and buy food for dinner) when bus couldn’t run because of gale force wind and rain and danger of rock slides.
Mikela cared for us. When we needed anything (a ride to town, etc) she did her best to accommodate us. The property is beautiful and sitting in the hills above Vernazza was magical. Don’t come here by car; you won’t be allowed in town and the roads are too narrow for two cars, which doesn’t stop the Italians from white-knuckle driving. The town shuts down @9 pm
Easily one of the most beautiful and quietest places I've ever visited, and I've stayed at 100's of hotels.
Amazing grounds, beautiful trees, and what a view!!
Breakfast was so-so, couple pastries and fruit... could definitely use improvement.
This place was a toss-up for us though. The road leading up to the hotel is quite intense, even for a good driver. You're about 30mins to Vernazza, in some crazy hills, so you basically need a car.
Vernazza was great however, once we got there.
Wouldn't stay again, simply due to the remoteness from the village.
Great location. Very calming and relaxing. Michaela, the host, is super friendly and helpful. Property is on tbe mountain. Easy to get by shuttle bus or Michaela can pick up and drop you for a reasonable charge.

Disliked: Room comfort
nice location room was very small and had no windows. it was kinda far from town as well. The grounds are exceptional
The view is great but it is far up. The road was in construction so there was no bus but the owner Michaela charged 5 euro to drive us up or down. She speaks English and recommended places to eat. Nice and quiet but need to unplug refrigerator at night to get 100% silence. Up-excellent coffee and croissant low-mosqitos (everywhere in 5 terre)

Beautiful Vernazza
Terrific accomadations
Beautiful location Just hair raising roads to get there but that’s part of the
Experience! Vernazza has excellent restaurants.
The view was fantastic and the hosts were extremely helpful in proving directions and recommendations. The location is set on the side of a mountain and not the easiest to get to,but worth the effort
This is a quiet paradise in Vernazza. Michela and Victoria were fabulous hosts. Clean, comfortable and quiet charm make this a definite place to target when going to Cinque Terre.
Room was a good size and clean. Property was beautiful. Breakfast fine. The downside is location. This is advertised as being in Vernazza, it's not in the town. The agriturismo is located up a cliff which is impractical without a car. There is no public transport. Taxi is 20 Euro. Owner provides some transportation but it is at a cost and on her schedule which can be challenging if you want to hike early or need to catch an early train. No transportation in the afternoon. You can hike down but it is 30 minutes. Hiking up would be very difficult and take at least an hour. You need to leave by 10 or 10:30 if you want your room clean.
It was awful
The host Michela was a downer
There was zero transportation up a windining one mile road
You needed her to take u up and down
At the end she nailed u for 20 euro for that
There was not a. At if soap
No amensities at all
Towels once every 3 days
They were paper thin
It was like going camping for top top dollar in that area
No one should ever recommend or stay there
Property located about an 8 minute drive out of town. We chose to walk to town very morning as it had very quiet road and we enjoyed the scenery a long the way. Our hostess picked us up later in the day or evening. Spectacular view with lots of outdoor seating. We did a lot of hiking in the area and enjoyed sitting in the plaza enjoying the sights.
The hotel is fairly new and clean although lacked some amenities like shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The breakfast only consisted of breads and yogurt and we would have liked to have had a little more selection. On the upside of the property, there is a nice patio area in front of the rooms that has comfortable furniture to sit on and look down through the valley.
The biggest thing to be aware of is that this is a long way from town. It's a 35 minute walk down the road which is very narrow and windy, or about a 50 minute walk to go up to the sanctuary and then down the trail. Either way, back up the hill is rather strenuous for anyone and probably out of the question for anyone who has difficulty hiking some distance. The owner was as accommodating as she could be about picking us up but it was awkward to have to call her for a ride after dinner every evening. There is a bus, but it only stops four times a day.
Overall, the property felt more like a bed and breakfast then a hotel but the owner made it as good as she could. We enjoyed being closer to the activities of a town and this was just too far away for us.
After spending a month touring Europe, this by far was the nicest place we stayed. It was clean, well furnitured and decorated, homey and comfortable. That being said our hosts were the nicest people you'll meet.
PS. It is out side of the village but our hosts would pick us up at the end of the day.
Garden hotel with actual working gardens. Beautiful view high above the ocean. Small, clean, friendly and helpful owners gave us rides down and back to the village, great advise on good restaurants and strategies to get the most out of our visit. Would definitely recommend!
The guest house is brand new, opened last year, and the owners are very nice people. Is it located in the mountains above CinqueTerre and a 25 minutes walk to the Vernazza village. There is parking on the property and there is parking closer to the village so it is useful to have a car in this remote location. The roads are very small and typical so the drive is quite colorful (not for the faint at heart). We appreciated our stay a lot!
