We were actually surprised how clean the room was. Sheets smelled and felt clean. Staff were friendly and answered questions kindly. Breakfast food was mostly usual you see in hotels like these but better set up (clean, with labels and organized). Seems like the facilities were well maintained as well. Even though we stayed one night, we had a nice sleep.

The staff was Amazing. I never had the hotel staff call my room and ask if everything was up to my expectations and If I needed anything. The room was so clean & refreshing. My friend locked my keys in the car & the morning maintenance man helped us get are keys in less than a minute. I've been to a lot of hotels 2star-5star this hotel was the best hotel experience I ever had. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The grounds and pool area looked like it was out of a magazine. Loved it. Highly recommended!!

Place is very nice. Quiet and clean. Only problem i had was being s short person (5'1) it was very difficult to get onto the bed. It was high. I adked for step stool but they ssid they didn't have any and the foot rest in sitting area was too high and had wheels.

Bed. Room was great, very large. The problem was the bed. Very uncomfortable. My wife and I hardly slept. The property was good, and the staff was helpful (Vicky at check in) Our whole stay started off bad when we could not open our room door. Did not have breakfast, just wanted to get home.

Gem in Port St. Lucie

Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Reasonable rates. The building’s outside is not conducive with the niceties of the rooms. Highly recommend.
