Bathrooms need to be updated. Showers in tubs are very dangerous. Should do away with tub for walk-in shower. Think “ Liability “.

My only problem (and this is now happening everywhere) was that some guest with pets were not responsible for their family member. I arrived back to the hotel around 10pm on Friday evening and a dog (on my floor) was barking nonstop. Thank God that once I closed my hotel room door, I could not hear that annoying noise as I was on the other side of the floor. My sympathy to those guests who were adjacent to that room. My suggestion!!! Guest with pets should all be on the same floor. As I have been staying at that hotel since it was built, there was a time when pets were only allowed on the first floor. I happened to be on the third floor.

The stuff at the hotel was extremely rude especially a lady. I spoke to that her name was Nancy. I called to cancel my reservation because I had a family emergency and was not able to make the booking. I graciously asked them to please refund me the money or to even Credit me or to reschedule the dates. They were not helpful in assisting customer who had an emergency and was not able to make the reservation even though it was the Expedia.
