Friendly staff, large lobby area with tables for gathering. There is no “bar”. Just a few drinks you can purchase from a refrigerator.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I just think it needs a little bit of up keep, bathroom shelves were just barely hanging onto the wall. Overall was satisfied but the property needs some work.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were a little saggy and the bathroom exhaust fan had no off switch so it ran 24/7.

The hotel was decent. The pool is very small and at the back of the property near the dumpster area. The only time we saw anyone using the pool area was for smoking cigarettes. The mattresses are in need of replacement as they were very worn and uncomfortable. Paint was peeling off the ceiling making the room look more rundown. If they took the time to due some maintenance and invested in replacing the mattresses this property would be one of the best in the area. The highlight was the staff. Everyone was very kind and you could tell they enjoy working there. The housekeeping staff took the time to make the bed with my kids blankets and arranged their stuffed animals. The breakfast was delicious for a free hotel breakfast. The staff doing the breakfast each day were on top of refilling items as quickly as possible. The only thing missing was fresh fruit and or yogurt. They did have sleepy time tea for at night which was perfect after a long day.

Clean hotel with a rock hard bed
I found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be very friendly. But the mattress in my room was like sleeping on wood. It was so hard there was no give for hips or back or even ribs, and human bodies are not straight up and down. I was so uncomfortable and the next day was in so much pain. Why would they do that to their customers?
