Great stay
Easy check in. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. So many restaurants and stores are walking distance including a movie theater. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We were evacuating for Milton wevwere going to arrive late due to still securing the house. Check on at 1:00 am was a breeze and they were very kind. We appreciate the relaxed pet policy due to the state of emergency abd the empathy of the staff. Compassion is key especially under the circumstances. We are Marriott rewards members but will be staying at your properties again. We stayed at a Holiday Inn in Miami during Ian but it wasnt nearly as nice & friendly as this property.

VIOLATED BY STAFF!!!!! BEWARE
Staff opened door and barged into room trying to clean it about 2 hours before check out. Very disturbing as I am 7 months pregnant and was getting dressed when they did this. I felt completely violated. This completely ruined a peaceful trip and made me feel unsafe. Its unfortunate that its more important to clean the room than to allow the guest to enjoy their paid stay untill checkout. I am highly dissapointed and violated. Will never stay here again.

Was a really nice trip with the kids. We live local and just wanted a night out with the kids, just to do something a little different. The room was great and check in was quick. The only downside was for a family of six, not enough toilet paper, towels,or pillows. We could have asked for additional but felt weird so late in the evening. Also, for some reason the water never got hot in the shower. Overall experience was great !
